How to Create A Coaching Model to Help Sell Your Life Coaching Services

I would love to take credit for what you are about to learn. I truly believe that I am meant to be the leader of the R.S.V.P. revolution, but I humbly admit I’m just the lucky messenger that is here to deliver something bigger than me.

I believe that ideas exist in our collective consciousness. I believe someone is destined to hear that idea and bring it into life. Yes, it is because that person has the experience and purpose needed to fulfill that need, but it doesn’t mean that person is the only one who can fulfill the need in our world.

Sometimes if you listen, you hear ideas. And if you are aware of your purpose and ability you will be able to decide if what you hear is meant for you.

How to Create A Coaching Model to Help Sell Your Life Coaching Services

The idea was up for grabs. I chose it and I believe you could be a part of it.

I won’t give away the full outline of how to use The R.S.V.P. Method (that’s one of the many things I teach my Mentor Masterclass coaches inside MM).

But today, I’m introducing you to a way of becoming witness to why you might want to consider creating your own coaching model. Clients love a structure they can feel into and trust. It helps to sell your services and sets you apart.

The R.S.V.P method was created by choosing a combination of tools and techniques I love and have mastered as a coach, and putting them into a structured order and timeline. This way I can communicate with potential clients about exactly what we are going to do together and what the progression of transformation will look like.

I also use the R.S.V.P coaching model, tools and structure to create my group programs and evergreen products.

I’m continually being guided on what to do with this model. I just listen to my inner guide, let go of the how and continue to take massive action.

I believe you may have a coaching model stirring of your own as you go through your life coach training. And if you aren’t in an official life coach training program yet, this is one of the reasons you should consider joining one…

Because coaches who don’t take official training to master their skills as a coach end up copying other thought leaders’ coaching models. They lack an edge and voice of their own. Through training and creating your own model, your brand and expertise becomes obvious to your ideal clients.

Your unique coaching model is what will call your ideal clients into work with you.

So let’s dive in…

How It All Began

It was a warm night in March at exactly 1:11am. I was halfway through my coaches’ training and there was still so much to do.

I had a flood of ideas running through my head that I couldn’t understand (it was like listening to a language I didn’t know on Rosetta Stone, full blast).

I tried counting sheep, listening to music and even taking a natural sleep aid (melatonin).

Still, loud as ever:

“There are invitations everywhere.”
“A way of waking up to the signs.”
“A revolution.”
“A four-phase process to Invite to Your Life.” “It’s called R.S.V.P.”

“The first phase is to RESTORE.”
“You will teach people this method and have a team of women across the world who use this method to coach their clients.”

What the hell? Please stop. I begged. I had been constantly noticing the numbers 11:11 everywhere for months now. It was really beginning to get weird.

Another loud message, from what I now know to be my inner guide:

“Look up what 11:11 means and you will understand. And stop ignoring me.”

That one was different. I understood. The voice became very clear.

Let me be honest, I usually don’t wake up to write down any of my nighttime ideas. I love sleep (and being a new mom now, I really, really miss sleep!).

This time, at 1:11 am, I made a different choice. I got out of bed, basically ran to my computer and Googled the meaning of 11:11. I discovered that the universe was indeed giving me a mission and 11:11 was the indication that it was time to listen and act.

(If you are seeing 11:11 it is a sign from the universe that you are right on track and to pay closer attention in your life. It is a call to deeper consciousness and alignment).

It was a powerful shift in my consciousness. I said yes.

I bought the RSVP domain name, created the content and called everyone I knew to tell them about this crazy experience. I had no idea what any of it meant.

A few weeks after launching the website, clients started coming in.

People liked the idea of a clear, step-by-step process and a coach to teach them how to implement the tools. Invite to Your Life was the invitation that they had been waiting for and they were ready to R.S.V.P.

This method has changed thousands of lives across the world.

This is my greatest work and comes from a source way beyond my own logical ability to create and is a highly effective NEW method of coaching.

This method allowed me to pull all of the coaching tools and techniques and beliefs about what is important in coaching into one cohesive structure and model I could use with clients. It gave me an order and a process I could rely on to pair my intuition with coaching mastery.

I believe this is important for you and your clients.

My 1:1 clients go wild for these teachings and the power of this resource. And when the women inside Mentor Masterclass learn how I created this model and how to fit it all together they get intuitive hits about how to create their own.

Restore

I start my client here, to get back to a state of dreaming.

You will know your client needs to start here when they do not have a future vision or a connection to their innermost desires.

Your client is ready to move on from this phase when:

  1. They are 100% clear about what they want.
  2. They are 100% clear about their life purpose.
  3. Their vision and connection to their values is clear and strong.
  4. They believe their vision is possible.

So I collect a few tools to use in our first sessions that directly relate to desire, purpose, vision and beliefs coaching to begin our work together.

Simplify

I start my client here in phase two or move on to this phase when they are a great dreamer but have no idea how to get what they want.

You will know your client needs to start here when they do not know what is preventing them from getting what they want and they have no strategy plan of how to get it.

Your client is ready to move on from this phase when:

  1. They are 100% clear about what they want.
  2. They are 100% clear about their life purpose.
  3. Their vision and connection to their values is clear and strong.
  4. They believe their vision is possible.
  5. They are 100% clear about how to master their state of mind.
  6. They have procedures and resources to create a plan.
  7. Their priorities are clear.
  8. Their goals are defined.
  9. They have reverse-engineered goals.
  10. Time management and focused planning is engaged.

So I continue our work with coaching tools and techniques in our sessions that directly relate to stage of mind, plan creation, values and priority to create further clarity about what they want and how to begin going after it.

Verify

Then I move into phase three when they are well-resourced with tools and techniques to define their goals and outline a simple strategy to achieve what they want.

You will know your client is ready to move onto the next phase when they have acquired enough skills and belief within to take massive action consistently.

Your client is ready to move on from this phase when:

  1. They are 100% clear about what they want.
  2. They are 100% clear about their life purpose.
  3. Their vision and connection to their values is clear and strong.
  4. They believe their vision is possible.
  5. They are 100% clear about how to master their state of mind.
  6. They have procedures and resources to create a plan.
  7. Their priorities are clear.
  8. Their goals are defined.
  9. They have reverse-engineered goals.
  10. Time management and focused planning is engaged.
  11. Their strategy plan is mapped out and in motion.
  12. They are clear about how to stay motivated and consistent.
  13. They follow through consistently on taking massive action.
  14. They are invested in accountability coaching and continued inner growth.
  15. They are clear on the needs of the ego vs. spirit and their leading need.
Power

Finally I arrive in phase four with my client when they are in a perfect flow state and are ready to become a contribution to the world.

You’ll know your client is in this stage when they are living and breathing their dream. You’ll know your client is ready to start this process over when they have reached a point in their lives where fear is no longer a limitation and they are ready to expand their vision and discover what they can create next in their life.

Your client is ready to move on from this phase when:

  1. They are 100% clear about what they want.
  2. They are 100% clear about their life purpose.
  3. Their vision and connection to their values is clear and strong.
  4. They believe their vision is possible.
  5. They are 100% clear about how to master their state of mind.
  6. They have procedures and resources to create a plan.
  7. Their priorities are clear.
  8. Their goals are defined.
  9. They have reverse-engineered goals.
  10. Time management and focused planning is engaged.
  11. Their strategy plan is mapped out and in motion.
  12. They are clear about how to stay motivated and consistent.
  13. They follow through consistently on taking massive action.
  14. They are invested in accountability coaching and continued inner growth.
  15. They are clear on the needs of the ego vs. spirit and their leading need.
  16. They choose spirit over illusions of physical circumstances.
  17. Their relationship to self, body, relationships and career is in a total state of bliss.
