It’s Time For Shay’s RSVP Body Tip of The Month

Hi Friends,

Can you touch your toes? Come on try it. No, get up out of your chair and try it. Well if you can’t it may be time to stretch those hamstrings. Stretching will make you feel better and helps to prevent injuries!

If you do this simple stretch 3 times a day you will be touching your toes and kissing your knees sooner than you ever thought possible.

 

5 Easy Steps to Touch Stretch Your Hamstrings

1. Hands above your head, shoulders away from your ears, reach up and forward to flatten your back.

2. Place your hands flat above or on your knees.

3. Walk your hands down your legs a little more each time you stretch.

4. Fold your head over and hold for at least 10 seconds and push yourself to go a tiny bit further each time you try this stretch.

5. Celebrate touching your toes!!
