Dear Sisters,

We are swimming in trauma. Every human being on Earth. We have never been more collectively connected.

Which means you are FEELING it all.

As you navigate all that you hold on a daily basis, you are also holding the fear and mourning of all humans. It’s a lot. It’s okay for you to be tired. What if I told you action is more energizing and empowering than hiding?

If you process what you are feeling, and then make a choice to respond with emergent action, you will feel safe, alive and aligned. I believe it. I know it.

I cried in Brent’s arms last night.  I told him that this is all just “too much”. For a year and a half it just hasn’t stopped:

  • December 7th, 2018 my mom dies tragically.

  • January 20th, 2019 we find out we’re pregnant.

  • September 22nd, a long labor begins.

  • January 1st, 2020 Autumn needs surgery and is experiencing severe reflux.

  • March 15th, 2020 We’re officially experiencing a world pandemic.

  • May 30th, 2020 protesting and riots roar across the world for Geoge Floyd and #blacklivesmatter

  • June 1st, 2020 I learn I have a rectocele and bladder prolapse.

After I cried and felt the weight of it all, I was ready. Ready to get over myself. Acknowledge my privilege and get to work. I’m ready for this next stage of growth. I’m ready for this next initiation. I refuse to be buried under the weight of it all. I will not sit here like a victim when humanity is calling us to burn it all down so we can rebuild something more beautiful in its place.

Let’s honor it, process it and get into emergent leadership. Are you with me?

I want you to know that the resources to fulfill your wants and needs are available. You need to know that so you can stop hiding behind the story of overwhelm and start taking steps toward building a new world.

This is what I say to myself when I feel overwhelmed by it all. “The resources to fulfill my wants and needs are available.” SAY IT!

I want everyone in our community to know that we are here to support you.

I am a white woman who has grown up and lived for most of my life unaware of White Privilege, MY privilege. For the past 3 years, I have been learning, listening, investing and growing. It has not been easy, it’s not supposed to be.  It is VITAL. That is how I feel. I ask you to stand with me now and I am leaning in today to share all the resources I can to support you in doing this work.

We have a lot of work to do.

The systems of oppression that have been designed to kill, dominate, and amass wealth at the expense of BIPOC lives has come to its END.

We can no longer turn a blind eye or be paralyzed in the face of it.

We all know that enough is enough.

But how can we really make tangible and lasting change?

How can we acknowledge the racist systems that we live and participate in, along with all the hurt and destruction that has come from this, then begin—together—to dissolve this sick system into creating a new system that is equitable, healing, abundant, and life-giving for all beings?

The first step is truly acknowledging, naming, feeling, and fully witnessing ALL of the pain we have experienced from racial injustices—including how we have been complicit.

You can join this event this Friday, a ritual ceremony to honor our emotions around injustice, to grieve together, and to ignite our inner flames of compassion.

Honoring Our Emotional Fires & Spark the Flame of Compassion
Friday, June 5th, @5pm PST

With Lettie Sullivan, Kimberly Gunter, and Guests
Live, On Zoom; recording available the following day:
For people of all races, genders, & ages

This powerful series is created and led by Spiritual Practitioner and Transitional Specialist, Lettie Sullivan.

In the aftermath of George, Breonna, and Ahmaud, Lettie was catalyzed to share her purpose and superpower with us all: to hold space for transition to take place so we can open our hearts to a new social construct that honors and provides life-giving qualities for everyone.

So, Lettie created a series of 3 activations & healing rituals, intentionally using the eclipse ‘season’ as a portal of transformation.

This Friday, during the full moon in Sagittarius, is the first of three ceremonies.

Together, we will:

  • Disrupt paradigms of injustice

  • Open our hearts to conceive of a new social construct of equity & love

  • Amplify this new system

  • Igniting our lion’s heart of ferocious love
